大口向けの請求書払いには対応しておりません。
支払時期・商品の提供時期
- 支払時期
- クレジットカード決済: ご注文確定時にただちに決済が実行されます。
- サブスクリプションの課金周期
- 初回はお申し込み時に決済され、以降は毎月同日に自動決済されます（自動更新）。
- 決済期間
- クレジットカード決済のため、即時に処理されます。
- 商品の提供時期
- 決済完了後、クレジットが即時に付与され利用可能になります。
解約・キャンセル・クレジットの失効
- お客様都合の場合：デジタルコンテンツの特性上、購入確定後の返品・払戻しはお受けしていません。
- サブスクリプションの解約：サービス内の「契約を管理」（Stripe 契約管理ページ）からいつでも解約できます。解約後も当該請求期間の末日まで利用でき、日割りによる返金は行いません。期間終了後、未使用の月次付与クレジットは失効します（購入済みクレジットは失効しません）。
- 不良・障害の場合：生成エラー等によりクレジット消費に不具合があった際は、状況確認のうえ補填対応を行います。
- クレジットの有効期限：有効期限を設定する場合があります（現在、失効処理は行っていません。設定する際は事前にサービス内で告知します）。
- キャンセル不可：デジタルコンテンツという商品の特性上、提供済みのサービスはキャンセルできません。

Prices include tax and may change without notice. We do not currently issue qualified invoices under the Japanese invoice system.

Available Payment Methods
Credit card via Stripe
Supports major brands such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. Credits appear immediately after payment.
Invoice-based billing for large orders is not available.
Payment Timing and Service Availability
- Payment Timing
- Credit card payments are processed immediately when the order is confirmed.
- Subscription Billing Cycle
- The first payment is charged upon sign-up; thereafter the plan auto-renews and is charged monthly on the same day.
- Settlement Period
- Because payments are made by credit card, they are processed immediately.
- Service Availability
- Credits become available instantly after payment completion.
Cancellations and Expiration
- Customer-initiated cancellations: Purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
- Subscription cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal (“Manage subscription” in the Service). The plan remains available until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the period (purchased credits do not expire).
- Defects or service issues: If generation errors cause improper credit consumption, we will investigate and may provide compensation.
- Credit expiration: An expiration period may be introduced in the future (none is currently enforced); any change will be announced within the Service in advance.
- No cancellation of delivered services: Digital services that have already been provided cannot be cancelled.
Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, exchanges and returns are not available.
Supported Environment
The service supports the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Some features may not operate correctly in other environments.
